Manufacturer guarantee of up to 20 years on new roofs
A selection from 3,500+ roofs completed across Motherwell and Hamilton.
Motherwell's mix of sandstone villas, post-war council semis and newer estates means every roof needs a different fix. Sean has spent 16 years on Lanarkshire roofs, so he knows how slate, concrete tile and felt flat roofs fare in the wet west of Scotland weather, and he tells you straight what yours needs.
We live and work in the same towns we serve. We know the local housing stock and which jobs give trouble round here. No franchise, no subcontractors shipped in from elsewhere.
Your written quote is the price you pay. We itemise every cost upfront. No "while we're here" extras, no surprise invoices when the job is done.
Call or fill in the form and someone rings you back the same day. We confirm a visit date on that first call. No chasing, no voicemail loops.
Public liability and employer's liability insurance in place on every job. We can email certificates before work starts, so there's no chasing needed.
